People aspire to work in the UAE as there is a general belief that there is a lot of money in UAE. People feel that a few years of work in UAE will settle them financially for life. As per the guidelines stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the UAE, this permit is issued only for a period of 30 days initially. At the same time you cannot leave the company that sponsored for another company without their permission and the correct re-processing of the visa.

Immigration authorities in UAE are very particular about the documentation process. So, it is important that you remain careful about all the documents that are required for entry and subsequent employment in UAE. The absence of even a single document can lead to your visa being cancelled or refused. This will put your plans of working in UAE in jeopardy. So, be careful about carrying all the required documents. Passport, obviously, is a must for traveling abroad. The passport should have at least six months validity. Step 4: Pay the appropriate passport fees.

Step 5:Wait for your replacement passport to arrive in the mail. It usually takes about 6 weeks for a passport application to be processed if you requested regular processing, and about 3 weeks if you requested expedited processing. If you need to replace a stolen passport more quickly, you can take proof that you are leaving in 14 days (4 weeks if you need a visa for your trip) and make an appointment at a Regional Passport Agency office by calling 1-877-487-2778. If it’s not convenient to apply at a passport office but you still need your passport fast, you can also send your documents to a private passport agency and have them take your documents to the Department of State on your behalf.

If your passport is stolen outside of the US, you must contact the local US Embassy or consulate for assistance.
